Brown Pelican Abstract & Title is a registered trade name of Landry, Watkins, Repaske & Breaux, a local law firm established in 1952. Our office is located in downtown New Iberia at 211 East Main Street. We proudly serve homeowners and businesses in the Acadiana area with real estate closings, title insurance, and general notary services.

Brown Pelican provides fast, efficient, and thorough title searches, and preparation of title and closing documentation for residential, commercial, and refinance transactions — in a friendly and professional manner. We mainly service Iberia, St. Martin, Vermilion, Lafayette, and St. Mary Parishes, but have also provided services in Jackson, St. Landry, and East Baton Rouge Parishes.
